I have specialized in renovation loans since 1998. I have originated and closed over 300 renovation loans in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas. Further, as a Renovation Specialist, I am able to offer my clients the benefit of more than 37 years’ experience in the construction, real estate, and lending fields.
I have on-going relationships with city officials, representatives from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Community Development Association (CDA), the local Fannie Mae office and a number of non-profit agencies.
