I have specialized in renovation loans since 1998. I have originated and closed over 300 renovation loans in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas. Further, as a Renovation Specialist, I am able to offer my clients the benefit of more than 37 years’ experience in the construction, real estate, and lending fields.
I have on-going relationships with city officials, representatives from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Community Development Association (CDA), the local Fannie Mae office and a number of non-profit agencies.
These win-win business relationships, my background, and my ability to draw upon the collective knowledge of an established team of experienced professionals within our organization, government, and private industry, equip me with the expertise and resources necessary to deliver the exceptional service you deserve.
